1. Data Controller
Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data is processed by YÜKJET Technology Inc. ("Company") as the data controller for the purposes explained below.
2. Data Processing Purposes
Your personal data is processed based on legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK for purposes including membership operations, identity verification, service delivery, payment processing, customer relationship management, fulfillment of legal obligations, security, service improvement, and analysis.
3. Data Transfer
Your personal data may be shared with business partners, payment institutions, insurance companies, legal authorities, and service providers in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK. Security measures required by KVKK are taken for cross-border data transfers.
4. Data Subject Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have rights to learn whether personal data is processed, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know domestic or international recipients, request correction, request deletion or destruction, object to automated analysis results, and claim compensation for damages.
5. Application Methods
To exercise your rights, you can send an email to kvkk@yukjet.com or submit a written application via notary to our company address. Your applications will be answered free of charge within 30 days.
6. Account Deletion Applications
To delete your YÜKJET account, use Profile > Account Information > Account Status > Request Account Deletion in the mobile app, or start a request at https://yukjet.com/en/hesap-silme. We may request additional verification through the registered email address or phone number to confirm that the request is made by the account owner. If the account has active shipments, bids, payments, disputes, invoices, or company authority, those processes must be closed before deletion can be completed. Your request is reviewed free of charge and answered within 30 days.
7. Data Retention Periods
Your personal data is retained for the duration required by the processing purpose and within legal retention periods. At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of KVKK.
