Terms of Service

By using the YÜKJET platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Definitions

"Platform": YÜKJET website and mobile applications. "Shipper": Person or organization wanting to ship cargo. "Carrier": Driver or company providing freight services. "Service": All freight intermediation services offered through the platform.

2. Membership Requirements

You must be over 18 years of age to use the platform. Valid license, vehicle registration, and mandatory insurance are required for carriers. Tax certificate and trade registry document are required for legal entities.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are obligated to provide accurate information, not engage in illegal transportation, not misuse the platform, and respect the rights of other users. Transportation of illegal, dangerous, or prohibited substances is strictly prohibited.

4. Content Safety and Zero Tolerance

User-generated messages, shipment listings, bids, profile information, images, and documents inside YÜKJET are subject to community safety rules. Insults, threats, harassment, discrimination, illegal content, spam, fraud attempts, and other abusive behavior are not tolerated. Users can report inappropriate content or behavior inside the app and block abusive users. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours; content may be removed and the violating user may be removed from the platform or suspended.

5. Pricing and Fee Policy

Shipping prices are determined by carriers under free market conditions. At this stage, YÜKJET does not apply platform commission or additional transaction fees. Prices exclude VAT and billing follows the relevant service provider process.

6. Insurance and Liability

All shipments are covered by standard freight insurance. YÜKJET acts as an intermediary in shipments conducted through the platform. In case of damage, loss, or delay, the carrier is primarily responsible, and compensation is made within insurance coverage.

7. Cancellation and Refund

Free cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before shipment begins. A 25% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours before. Partial refund is made in case of cancellation after shipment has started.

8. Dispute Resolution

In disputes between parties, the platform mediation system is first activated. For unresolved disputes, Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC) has jurisdiction. Consumer rights are reserved.

9. Account Termination

Users can close their accounts at any time. Accounts with active shipment processes are closed after processes are completed. YÜKJET may suspend or close accounts that violate terms with prior notification.
