Learn how to initiate deletion of your YÜKJET account and related personal data.

Start a deletion request
If you can access your account, the fastest path is the Account Status section in the mobile app. If you cannot access the app, contact our data protection team from your registered email address.
Processing time
After your request is received, ownership and operational eligibility are checked. If there are no active shipments, payments, disputes, or company authority requirements, deletion or anonymization is completed within 30 days.
Deletion from the app
In the mobile app, go to Profile > Account Information > Account Status > Request Account Deletion. A confirmation step is shown to prevent accidental deletion. After submission, account eligibility is checked.
Deletion from the web
If you cannot access the app, use the email link on this page from your registered email address. Deletion is not completed until account ownership is verified.
Identity verification
We may verify the request through the email address or phone number registered to the account. Verification is required to prevent unauthorized account or data deletion.
Deleted and retained data
Profile, contact, and app usage personal data is deleted or anonymized. Invoice, payment, dispute, security, and legally required records may be retained for the period required by applicable law and only for limited purposes.
Active operations
If there are active shipments, bids, payments, disputes, or company authority requirements, the request may be placed on hold. Deletion or anonymization continues after those processes are closed.
